This project displays designs resulting of a marriage between current robot technology, vector-based, virtual design and ceramic as a natural, biodegradable and recyclable material. The robot arm used is equipped with a specially designed equipment for extruding ceramics. The robot is controlled directly by a user-defined script integrated into Grasshopper, which translates the complex forms of 3D design into robot trajectories. This manufacturing structure enables individual geometries to be produced without complex manufacturing processes.
